Best one time purchase CRM for sales tracking?

I've been looking for a CRM for tracking our sales and deliveries.

Almost all CRM software ive found from google search are stored in the developers cloud but I would like to run it from my own server, so i prefer to purchase it with one time payment and no need for such monthly memberships.

I would highly appreciate your suggestions if such a CRM exists wherein ill buy the software and just run it on my server. No monthly fees.

It will be used for a small business for keeping track of sales and deliveries.
