( votes)Our company uses Outlook to communicate with prospects and leads and it's fair to say they get lost. How can I use plugins or apps or something to track these customers? It'd be nice if I could track threads with tags, notes, and reminders. I don't really want the data to end up on another app, I just need it to work with Outlook.
