Hi all, I work at pretty new company that logged ~$1bn revenue last year (not tech). But we are very tech forward. We need the must suitable possible CRM system going forward. We have a few thousand employees. We grew very quickly.

Our priorities are:

  1. A good Investor Relations platform.
  2. A good Media Management platform for tracking and reporting media interactions.
  3. Voice-to-text functionality for logging notes on meetings, etc.
  4. Flawless integration with Microsoft Outlook.
  5. The platform must be easy and intuitive. We need easy querying of information.
  6. All of the customer-based CRM tools are important too, but it seems all these top systems do that pretty well and roughly equally.

So far, Microsoft Dynamics 365 stands out as the best. Because the AppSource store has a lot of useful plugins, especially the Nasdaq IR Insight platform, which seems like it might be the best one for Investor Relations. The store also seems to have good Media Management and voice-to-text plugins. My question is whether it is actually easy to use and intuitive. Would I be making a mistake recommending this one?

Salesforce Customer 360 also seems pretty good. But it does not have the Nasdaq IR Insight plugin, which is a huge con. It might still be worth it if it's significantly easier to use.

Any good CRM platforms I'm missing? Any thoughts? Thank you so much for your help!
