Hello sub, im a one man show over here. Never done something like this before. CRM for a team of 50-100 employees. We currently dont have a crm and only have emails in gmail and then projects are made and kept in asana. Im down to 3 crm: Pipedrive, Zoh one, and freshsales. Ideally I want it best user experience and if possible integrate with apps like ring central, zoom, calendly, google sheets, file storage for each project like documents. So easy to setup because im doing it alone and might need to admin it and launch it etc. Im IT savy in the hardware dept, coding not so much lol. So looking for a non code required automation platform that I can hold clients info, track their progress, auto setup emails for approvals, maybe draft them, and see when they get assigned to an account manager that will take over from there in asana and email…..So looking to help out the company by streamlining things and saving everyone some time with automation.
