Managing personal contacts – Clay vs. Insightly vs. others

I'm looking for a tool to manage both my professional and personal contacts (they often overlap). The functionality I need:
– option to import contacts from Google contacts & Linkedin (and ideally also Facebook)

– add priorities to contacts (e.g. numbers 0-9)
– reminders to reach out to xyz at a certain date
– list view, so I can easily copy-paste emails of all people who satisfy criteria xyz to invite them to events (with their consent) etc.

I've been recommended clay.earth and insightly.com – has anyone tried these? Clay seems better – any reasons not to use Clay (free version)? Recommendations for other tools (ideally free, max. $10/month) also welcome!
