CRM & VoIP recommendations for small business in it’s first year.

Looking for a simple VoIP that integrates with CRM. Small fitness/wellness business with 10-15 employees and maxing out at 400 members. currently using RingCentral and it is a mess, we feel that as a very small business we are outsourced by the company and incoming calls are flooded with spammers. Does anyone have a solution?
