On HubSpot, is it possible to use a Full Name field for contacts instead of First Name & Last Name? If not, is this possible on Salesforce?

The way our clients fill out our forms is with a Full Name field, because we have clients from all over the world who have somewhat odd or really long names and having a "full name" field is more convenient and consistent for us.

I tried to change this in my trial of HubSpot but apparently it doesn't allow you to. I just want to confirm whether this is possible or not. And if not, why not? It seems like a really basic thing that we cannot configure.
