Looking for CRM software recommendations serviceable in Asia

We've been searching for a good software that works with our operations

It MUST have the following features:

1. Customer data collection integration in both online and physical stores
2. Email marketing with automated filtering from various data sources to be used for segmentation (tags or filters for data like "purchased this specific product" or "last order 30 days ago"
3. Automated email campaigns for situations like Abandoned Carts or Dormant Customer Win Back

It would be a huge plus if they also have a loyalty program!!!
