I work for a nonprofit organization, and I've been assigned with recommending a CRM software to track and manage our paid members.

Our organization promotes business development. We provide guidance to company members looking to expand within our country. We additionally provide education, and employment opportunities to student members.

We offer these benefits and services through our paid membership program. Members can join through our website by paying a base-fee, and entering their personal information.

Currently, we would like to reallocate this information into a CRM software for easier management.

We are looking for a software that is:

  • Efficient and easy-to-use with a short learning curve
  • Low-cost (ideally free)
  • Small scale (for a small organization with 1-10 employees)
  • Easy import of our current member data (our current information can be exported into a CSV file)
  • Can organize members by organization, and membership-type

I have been conducting research into HubSpot and similar platforms, but they seem to focus more on closing leads. However, we are less concerned about the sales-journey, and more on contact management.

Is there a platform that merely keeps document of members and their information (in order to maintain an ongoing relationship)?
