Suggestions Needed for CRM for realestate agency in India

Hi, I need suggestions for a CRM software for a realestate agency in india. They have a team size of 20 people and things are running on excel sheets. Would like to do automatic intake of leads from various channels and distribute to agents, also would like to track agent performance. Any suggestions for the same would be helpful
