Has Anyone Tried Zoho for email and CRM?

I have a small startup so funds are limited. I was using Klaviyo for email marketing which costs $60. And Google for email at $14 a month.
I've signed up with Zoho for email, and an contemplating adding their CRM for email and inventory management.

I'm not tech savvy, but am learning. I have someone who often helps me.

Is Zoho user friendly? I would like to automate whatever I can. I wish everyone was integrated seamlessly. Anyway to do that?
