I work for a public agency, and we are looking for a CRM that can help us support our clients. One key feature we are looking for is to customize and track specific activities (Community Engagement, Business Support Events, In-person business visits). Also, I am looking to generate a monthly report that we can present for transparency.
Everything I look for so far is sales funnel-oriented, and most of the time, the KPI's are locked with no ability to customize. I have looked at Zendesk, Monday, Insightly, but nothing has fit the bill. Does anyone have any good CRM or other recommendations? Thanks
