TLDR: What CRM offers –Text messaging with auto campaigns, web chat abilities, robust e-mail marketing, book appointment system, integrates with Shopify websites, and is user-friendly enough that a 65-year old could use it?

I have been trying for years to get our century-old store up into the modern day. This has included the integration of a CRM. We are in the luxury industry and we have extremely low turnover with staff – well, most staff. It's been challenging to keep younger employees, and I swear a huge reason is that we still use carbon copy receipts (the least of our woes) and processes are just complicated. We need updated ways to stay hyper-connected with our clients to ensure we offer them relevancy, value, and timely communication. It's been a challenge to teach the "seasoned" staff how to use these items, but what makes it worse is when things aren't easy, they just don't do it LOL.

Look, I want to be a team player and offer inspiration. I nor the owners want to initiate a toxic smothering of new procedures. We want everyone to be happy and have processes brought into the space that truly make their lives and client's lives so much more enjoyable.

That brings me back to our CRM. We have had it for four years and haven't. touched. it. This is why I made this whole freaking reddit account to beg for information, because I am so lost and honestly confused on why I cannot find a CRM that works holistically with all the integrations we need.

Right now, we use Clientbook – okay, fine. But it doesn't have the integration abilities to use e-mail or booking appointments. So, we added in Constant Contact for our e-mail needs. Cool, well, that doesn't integrate with a booking system. Then, we added Boulevard for booking – which also doesn't integrate with ANYTHING.

And now, for the cherry on top – our POS with all of our client data, the place where we ring in sales ONLY integrates with Clientbook as a CRM (it is an industry-created POS).

Is there any holistic approach out there that can be custom-coded to fit any POS and encompasses or integrates seamlessly with everything we need: auto text messaging, web chat, book appointment online, e-mail marketing, Shopify Website Integration, etc?

How do people handle all of this – or is everyone just pretending to have it under control like me? LOL
