Salesforce is irritating me

I am a user of Salesforce Sales Cloud. I recently moved from Hubspot but I can feel it to be really bulky.

I can't get my head around the implementation of Salesforce. Hubspot was a lot easier.

Users of Salesforce Sales Cloud, if you were to have a magic wand and change the user experience on Salesforce without any limitation to budget or technology, what would you have changed to make the User Experience better and employee 10x productive?
