To personal CRM users: what’s inconvenient about the services you tried?

Hi! I would like to find out what bottlenecks modern personal CRMs have. As a user of one, I noticed 3 important aspects:

1 Integrations. Services one is able to attach smoothly: from contacts import to the talk auto-entry.

2 Usability and set-up ease.

3 Hosting and available platforms. Whether the CRM is open-source, available offline, has web/mobile apps, etc.

These are a bit interdependent but seem to cover a wide range of needs.

What aspects of personal CRM are important to you? What particularly do you look for in existing solutions?
