I am on the hunt for a CRM that can meet the needs of our company. Price is a factor. We currently use a CRM but it's cost has changed exponentially, so we're considering moving.

We have a company of about 60 people, but the sales team (Less than 10) is the only department that uses a CRM. The company has lots of other inventory / project management software fully running and implemented, ie JIRA and in-house made software.

I am looking for something that has good options for API connections. We have a development team in-house who can handle that angle.

Our sales guys do a lot of email marketing, then prospecting, pain discovery and closing deals. It's a longer sales cycle (about 2-4 weeks) and we are SUPER focused on maintaining those relationships and growing those accounts.
As you know, there are so many options out there, and the time spent researching is tough. I don't want to make a mistake though, so I am seeing if you guys have some good ways to point me.

I will note that so far, ZoHo is popping out at me. I instinctively understand it easier, and there seems to be a lot of tools available. I looked at clickup, but it seemed a little bit overboard and too customizable. I looked at hubspot as well, but once I added up all the pricing, it jumped real high, real quick. Same with SalesForce.

Thank you!
