How is LeadSquared as a CRM option?

Hi!

I have a quick question to ask, I was looking for an efficient and effective real-estate crm and came across one called LeadSquared. Has anybody used it? If so, what has been your experience? It looks pretty cost-effective at this point to me, but am super confused. Should I go for the OGs of crm or try this one out first?
