I work in B2B SaaS and we've had issues with Hubspot not being consistent with their product updates, because of which our reporting always goes for a toss.

Last year they introduced a 'Lead' object, when this confuses people about the lifecycle stage Lead that already exists.

This morning I learn that the 'Original Source' is now editable and there is a new 'Record Source' property to reflect where the record originally entered the CRM from, which we used to think was….. Original Source. Ugh! Just frustrated AF!
