Anybody heard of Borealis?

My company recently switched from Hubspot CRM to Borealis, a stakeholder relationship manager. TLDR is that we needed something more community/advocacy/policymaker focused. I wasn't involved in this decision and I can't change it back. Our issue is that we can't integrate Borealis with our website. Several designers and developers we've spoken to haven't heard of it and they agree that it's complicated on the back end. Borealis support knows their product is "unique" but doesn't provide any support or advice for integration.

Googling and searching here on reddit is tricky obviously because of their name. I've just found no resources or anyone with experience. Is our company getting scammed?
