Coca-Cola and Microsoft announced a five year partnership, focused on digital transformation by leveraging Azure, Dynamics 365, and Microsoft 365. For its employees, Coca-Cola already expanded from a chat interface to mobile apps for employee devices. Now, in this round, Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Teams, and Power Platform are being rolled out to support employee productivity.
Coca-Cola plans to setup a single hub for employees to chat, call, meet, and share documents with Teams and Microsoft 365, due in-part to worldwide lockdowns in response to the coronavirus outbreak. On April 21, the company used Microsoft 365 Live Events for a “broadcast style” video presentation to share its quarterly earnings report. Additionally, Dynamics 365 dashboards with AI capabilities are intended to help call-center managers to track performance metrics.
