Is MyMusicStaff a CRM?

Hello! I’m trying to understand how to implement CRM into my business model and I found the software MyMusicStaff recently. It seems great but I am curious to know if it could be considered a CRM. If not, please help me understand like I’m 5. Would something like SalesForce or HubSpot act the same theoretically as MyMusicStaff?
