Event Planning

Hi! I’m looking for a crm for event planning.

Things I’m looking for: A way to track leads, track response to leads, follow ups, and bookings. Possibly connected to google calendar. An ongoing to do list that multiple people could access. We currently use Square to send invoices but if we could send itemized and detailed invoices, along with follow up texts for payment reminders, that would be ideal.

Maybe there’s a way to do all of this in Square? Or possibly connect square to this crm to import payment details?

I am very new to this and not familiar with many project management tools. Any tips would be appreciated!
