I work at a print shop and I’m trying to figure out if I should ask my boss about us switching to bitrix24.

Hey guys!

I’m a graphic designer who specializes in printing, and I just got a new job working for a local sign company. It’s wonderful so far, except for their archaic storage system. I spend most of my day just searching for items and it’s not much better for the sales/customer service team we have here. So, I’m debating asking my boss to try Bitrix24 out. I used to use it at an old job and it’s wonderful. What ways could we use it here? I want to make a list so I can present it to my new boss and need ideas to make it worth while for him. I already spoke to my old boss who says he’d love to set it up for us.

Please help! Or, if any other CRM would work better please let me know. I’m still unsure about how much money he has to play with which is why I specifically picked Bitrix. But if it’s cheap enough I could try.

Edit: I should mention what we do. So we are a sign, wrap and print company who specializes in vinyl. But can do just about anything, as we also outsource to other companies. First day on the job I did a tombstone lol.

We have a sales team and a marketing person as well as some customer service people.

What I’d like is a system that would easily let us search and download files we need. I figure we can put the actual company in the system and just make orders connected to them so we have all our info in one easy place.
