Which is best?

Hi everyone, thank you in advance. I work in the academic industry and we are looking for a CRM.

The main use will be for managing inquiries and email campaigns. Maybe some project management and assigning tasks.

The software would need to integrate with Microsoft Teams and Blackbaud.

Budget is a concern. I was literally asked to pick the cheapest option. Still, if the features are worth that value I believe it will be considered.
