Looking for simple crm solution with restricted user access

Hi all,

For a school project I am looking for sort of a crm tool that would allow an administrator to view/edit a master file and guests would have their own separate views and rights. An example would be a shared contact book, where guests can enter their own contacts and the admin can create views based on the entries.

Any help would be much appreciated
