What do you find missing in your CRM? What is your biggest pet peeve?

I’ll go first.

I use Dynamics 365 and man, I gotta say, it’s one of the worst tools I have ever used.

1. UI/UX is clunky
2. No useful third party integrations that I can configure without having to hire an expensive partner
3. Huge learning curve, the sales folks hate it
4. Reporting and dashboards are absolute trash
5. Super expensive

I have used HubSpot, Zoho, ActiveCampaign and some others in the past and I gotta say, they are all better than this pile of garbage that Microsoft has been shipping.

Every CRM I’ve used, I have found it to be lacking somewhere or the other, enough for me to look for other/cheaper options.
