Anyone here gone through a migration with DonorPerfect or NeonCRM or Bloomerang (nonprofit CRMs)? What's been your biggest pain point in the process?

Initially I thought I could let them take care of the migration but now I am thinking I will need to keep close tabs on their team every step of the way. Has anyone gone through migration/onboarding with any of these CRMs, what's been the biggest problem or pain points ?
