Zoho Desk or Fresh Desk?

Hey, I'm based in India and we're currently using Fresh Desk. But as we scale and since we're already on Zoho for most operations, we're considering using Zoho Desk. Can someone highlight the major differences or features? Our business mostly requires calls to be made. Do either one offer phone number masking so the call doesn't show up as spam? Also which is more useful to send order updates at every stage or offers automization for similar processes? Help pls!
