Need Help Centralizing Contacts

Well i have a problem im trying to fix in terms of contact management.

I use 2 phones 1 for my personal contacts and 1 for work ; but they get mixed up along the way since i need to give me personal number to some of the high level clients as well. Since i have about 400 contacts in CRM and on my phone. I loose track of some when sending WApp messages or Broadcast lists. Im trying to have some kind of a #hashtag solution where i would save new contacts like Brad Pitt #USA #BlueEyes #Short etc… But when i do that in main Name area it just feels weird and blotted.

Also i want to keep the same contacts on both of my phones.

Is there any solution for this?
