Been using Hubspot, seems a bit like overkill. Help pick a new one?

Run a small marketing company (only 1 full time sales person) and have a few funnels we get leads from. These include cold mass email (about 42 email boxes, using SmartLead), and LinkedIn are the largest right now.

Currently using HubSpot as a CRM but it seems a bit overkill. Having lots of difficulty getting automatic email activities to log, personally not a fan of the UI/UX, and it just seems like too much going on for what I really need it for. Everything I want to do seems hidden amongst tons of (for me) useless features.

I don't need to set drip campaigns, respond to tickets, etc. I just want to put leads that respond to our cold outreach into the CRM via Zapier, then automatically track all emails and correspondance with that lead + track the deal in the CRM with reminders and such. Also just want some simple reporting like how long leads stay in stages, which channels do best, etc. Ease of use is big.

Which other CRMs should I take a look at in our situation?
