A CRM tool with scoring rules and automation

I'm looking for a crm tool where i can put parameters and automate fields from different sources.

Example: database one has a list of clients those client profiles are connected to people those people would bes scored based on the role they have. When we recieve request i want to prioritize those requests based on the parameters set.

Is there a tool that can help me do that?

Zoho has something like that but it's not within budget
