( votes)We are a startup with b2b and b2c platforms. I am looking for a tool that can handle our customer management. Databases of our clients that can be scored based on information from other databses that has information regarding plans subscribtion personas and other demographics. The only thing i can think of is excel but that's alot of work that will not be available for everyone in the company.
We are currently using clickup and notion. Notion is not user friendly for database management. Clickup is ok for now but the complexity of scoring and formulas from other parameters is kind of limiting.
Any suggestions?
