Multiple CRMs vs. consolidating into one single CRM

  1. I'm currently evaluating whether or not to consolidate the CRM within my company – we use HubSpot for Marketing and Salesforce for Sales. I'm leaning towards consolidating into one CRM but would like to hear from others your views on when it'd make sense to keep it as is (multiple CRMs) and when to have one single CRM across Sales, Marketing and Customer Success. What are some factors to consider? If you had been thru this situation before, what were your key learnings?

  2. Also, when it comes to CRM migration, Syncari can be used to sync across multiple CRMs but also wondering at what point I should consolidate into one single system vs. spending on Syncari and continue to operate across multiple CRMs with data sync
