crm option for small company

Small legal company (2 employees) using zoho one at present for past few years. Zoho has been helpful with

– crm for leads flow from website

– easy to send contract for signing (zoho sign) from crm

– Zoho workdrive

I still find zoho clunky and requiring a lot of effort to get modules customised and working the way I want. I previously used freshsales which was had a slick interface, easily able to call clients from crm and it had a good work flow ie showed leads not responded to yet. Freshsales at the time didn't have a way to send contracts like zoho does. Zoho has gotten too expensive as we don't use many of their services.

We use Xero to send invoices as this is what our accountant uses.

I need a crm mostly to

  1. Take leads from wordpress website
  2. send contract to client to sign online
  3. invoicing would be helpful but not essential
  4. ability to create folder for client to share documents for review

Options I've ben thinking about are:

  1. clickup – maybe too much into the teamwork role
  2. freshsales

Any thoughts?
