Reminder by Date

Hello, I am a freelancer and i am looking for a tool to achieve the following automation for my projects. I use ClickUp at the moment but i am open to any CRM that can do the following

• Project with custom column: Event Date.
• Trigger: 2 weeks before Event Date. Send reminder e-mail to client.
• Trigger: 3 weeks before Event Date. Send reminder e-mail to client.

Hope somebody can help and give suggestions. Is there an email marketing tool or something else so i can combine the two? I have checked the following CRMs, wuld be nice to have a straight forward solution.
