Hello, I have had the opportunity to do some consulting work through my university for a larger entertainment company that specializes in magician shows, office entertainment parties and other kinds of children’s entertainment. Although being a large volume company, the owner does all of her invoicing manually through the CRM software ACT!. I need help with streamlining her invoicing process in this software. Namely, creating templates that she can plug into the software to create custom invoices more efficiently. Any advice or helpful tips would be much appreciated! Thank you.
