A CRM for scouting

I'm basically driving around cities looking for certain locations to lease. The problem is I don't have any contact information about those locations. The important part is the notes and a map of the location. Once I find a contact I will then add them and I would like to attach them to this particular project. I also need call logging. I do not need team features – its just me

The problem is all the crms expect me to have contact information and I'm not going to have that it's kind of hard to find the landlords a lot of times and it takes time.

Leader CRM – excellent call logging – simple interface – tags – no way to create a project that is not a contact that I can add contacts to later as i meet people (that i know of)

Monday.com – status is great – could work, but no easy connection with phone contacts makes it useless to me

To recap: – tags (are great) – want to add projects/task that is not a contact – want to start adding contacts to that task/projects as i meet people – call logging (like leader)
