CRM + Workspace for multi-line sales company

Hi there,

I'm working for a sales company that has several clients for whom we represent and sell to multiple wholesale and retail spaces on their behalves.

We have a small team and need a CRM with at least sales reporting, and commission tracking. It would be fantastic if it could integrate with both Gmail and Outlook (if it's got more integration, even better!)

I've just begun working for the company and it seems they had been using Repfabric, however, it doesn't seem like anyone found it very useful, or it may be that it was too difficult to use.

Any suggestions on something that might be a bit more user-friendly with these features or more?
