Is there a CRM tool can sync my Twitter following account as contacts

My work communication involves Twitter a lot and I like a CRM can download my following and follower account into my contact book. Clay’s interface is too clumsy for me. Dex is LinkedIn friendly but doesn’t seem so for Twitter. Does anyone know such feature existing in any CRM?
