Tags seem to be at the heart of CRM operations & efficiency.

Every CRM handles (or limits) the functionality of Tags differently.

I am making a decision on a CRM soon.

First, I'd like to disqualify any CRM candidate software by whether their handling of Tags is robust or 'lite'.
