Goal: Create a system / blueprint that identifies and solves painpoint for six-figure b2b companies.

I am about to jump straight into it.

I have a client that "develops software solutions" for companies that make six-figures in manufacturing, finance, and telecommunications.

Problem situation: Losing prospects because clients see the «potential benefit» of having their technology team. Thus they invest in an in-house tech team. These prospects often end up not solving the tech issue.

As soon as the prospect calls back to the client, the prospect is no longer in a position to work with my client because of the prospects budget.

Complication: Prospect invests in an inhouse tech team which is not able to solve tech issue, the investment reduces the budget to pay software development company to solve the issue.

Questions:

  • Are there any valueable pain point insights to solve for six-figure manufacturing, finance and telecom companies? (Personal experience, research paper, case studies and blogs)

  • Could you recommend a spreadsheet or CRM that aims to solve these painpoints by track these painpoints?
