As you might imagine, we follow business processes here at P2 Automation. Some of those processes include the generation of documents that we create using Microsoft Word. Each document starts from a template in our CRM system, they include multiple fields, they have a naming convention, and a “home” on SharePoint. We wanted to streamline our processes even further, so we decided to see if DocumentsCorePack from mscrm-addons was up to the task. We started with 6 of our most commonly used documents, and I had a challenge: I want what I want, and I don’t want to change a single process to “fit” the software. The software needs to fit us.
