Best CRM for Towing Company??

Hello everyone,

My father runs a one-man towing and recovery shop for the last 40+ years.

I am wanting to transfer him to using a CRM program (Customer Relationship Management)

We are looking for something that…

1. Simple user interface
2. Inbound and Outbound Texting capabilities.
3. Contact/Lead Management
4. Invoices

We have looked at options like KEAP, but are looking for other options.
