With all your great feedback and support we have had a good run with new releases and new feature upgrades. For another year we continued with 1 million+ blog hits on our Inogic Blog. With 200+ blogs published, 250+ blog comments and forum questions answered, we ensured a steady flow of knowledge and information for our fellow Dynamics 365 CRM enthusiasts.

Innovation does not stop at Inogic – 2 New Dynamics 365 CRM Productivity Apps Launched!

In August 2021, we introduced two new Dynamics 365 CRM productivity apps – Subscription and Recurring Billing Management & Marketing4Dynamics.

Subscription and Recurring Billing Management (Microsoft Preferred App)

Subscription and Recurring Billing Management aims to provide a robust platform for all subscription-based businesses to seamlessly manage, streamline subscription and recurring billing process within Dynamics 365 CRM. By providing insights on business health, simplifying complex billing processes, and automating manual accounting it aims to improve business performance, eliminate billing bottlenecks and enhance user productivity.

Marketing4Dynamics (Microsoft Preferred App)

On the other hand, Marketing4Dynamics integrates Mailchimp and Dynamics 365 CRM seamlessly providing a rich experience for users while syncing data between two applications. It works as a medium to bridge the gap between Sales and Marketing data. With this integration, Sales, as well as Marketing teams working with Dynamics 365, would have a 360 degrees view of the complete marketing insights available in Mailchimp ensuring better clarity while addressing future marketing or sales strategies.

Field Sales productivity got more real with Maplytics™ updates!


With 2021 updates we introduced some major features to our flagship product – Maplytics™ (Preferred App on Microsoft AppSource) – to further enhance user experience by bringing advanced Geo-mapping and Field Sales features for mapping Dynamics 365 CRM data. The new upgrades include –

  • Create, manage, assign and draft sales territories
  • Real Time Tracking of Sales Reps and Field Technicians
  • Advanced Check-in/out when on field
  • Advanced Territory Visualization

‘Continuous improvement’ is our forte. Keeping in pace with the technological evolutions, we upgraded many of our Microsoft Preferred apps and made them more – Swift, Robust and Agile.

Over the course of year, we made some major updates in the following productivity apps:

SharePoint Security Sync (Preferred App on Microsoft AppSource) – As a comprehensive document management solution, SharePoint Security Sync with its latest features gives you support to create customized document library structure within SharePoint and to open folders present on SharePoint site directly from within CRM itself. Now all your documents are literally within your easy reach and you can store them in SharePoint as per your requirement.

Lead Assignment and Distribution Automation (Preferred App on Microsoft AppSource) – A lead assignment automation app to systematically allocate or distribute Leads (or any other entity records) recorded in Dynamics 365 CRM, it can now help you to assign leads to your sales team on daily, weekly or monthly basis. With its latest feature, this app gives you provision to define period in assignment rule based on which leads (other entity records) will be assigned to users.

Kanban Board (Preferred App on Microsoft AppSource) – A productivity app to visualize your Dynamics 365 CRM data in a Kanban View, with Kanban Board you can now view specific aggregate field values of records on Lane and Row headers. Apart from this, you can also sort records at global level in ascending and descending order for easy data analysis.

Map My Relationships (Preferred App on Microsoft AppSource) – Another visualization app that gives Mind Map view of relationships between CRM records, with Map My Relationships you can now configure connection control to create, update, view and delete the connection records and get a visual layout of these connections in Mind Map view.
