Basic CRM & great email tool

I'm looking for a basic crm + a way to create beautiful email templates in order to send to my prospects with one or two clicks.

Our situation: Our leads come in, we call them, find out their needs and categorize them in 8 types of clients. With one or two clicks I want to be able to send one of those 8 templates to my prospects. The email shouldn't be flat text only, it needs to looks attractive, think of a photo/infographic/logo etc.

Zendesk is great but I can only send flat text mail templates, same goes for Hubspot. Sendinblue is great for designing nice looking emails but they don’t have that 1:1 customized option, only bulk mail.

Any ideas? Thnx
