DEACOM DISCOVER 2020 is just a couple weeks away (can you believe it?), so we wanted to make sure to review some important details with this year’s attendees to ensure they get the most out of the event.

Virtual Format

As you know, this year’s event will be held virtually. Attendees can access the virtual User Conference environment using the Web App. We recommend you keep this link bookmarked over the course of the week as it will be your most popular Web destination. This will provide access to your schedule, session materials, presenter information, and more.

NOTE: The iOS and Android mobile app is also available but the Web app will provide the most optimal experience.

  • Username: Your username is the email address you used during the conference registration process.
  • Password: If you attended the conference last year, the password will be the same as what you used for the mobile app then. If you have not, you will be prompted to create a password. There is always the ability to reset the password if you cannot remember it.

Attending Sessions

All sessions have been scheduled with GoToMeeting and are accessible at the bottom of each of the session detail screens. At the time of your session, just click on this link to attend.

Keynote

The conference will kick off on Tuesday (10/6) at 10:00am EDT with the live keynote from Deacom’s Founder and CEO, Jay Deakins. Watch live from the link provided on the Keynote session details screen.

1on1 Sessions

If you requested a 1on1 session during the registration process, a Deacom team member will be in touch with you directly to coordinate the topic and time. Once details are confirmed, your schedule will be adjusted to reflect the 1on1 session details.

CPE Credits

Attendees are able to earn CPE credits for attending user conference sessions. To confirm your attendance, you will need to rate each session you attend.

If you have any questions, please email artisans@deacom.com. Otherwise, we look forward to a great conference.
