Overwhelmed Entrepreneur can’t decide. Help!

I am overwhelmed with the possibilities and would appreciate your input. Here are some relevant factors:

1. Home health startup.

2. We solicit clients (and they come to us) one of two ways:

a. Through referrals from hospitals, hospice companies, skilled nursing facilities, etc. This is not a one-time event. I will have to keep going back for new referrals.

b. Directly, through Google AdWords, Facebook display, and our website.

1. Would like to keep track of interactions with referral sources (method “a.” above)

2. Would like the CRM to enable email marketing.

3. Would like the CRM to play nice with something like ActiveCampaign

In my shoes, which CRM would you choose?
