I was hoping someone who has some great deal of knowledge and experience in the CRM realm could give me some advice. I have a service business that has inventory that comes in b2b. Would like to have the inventory Barcoded at point of entry. As service calls come in, the service techs will scan the inventory needed for each job. This will give me real time understanding of inventory management and where each item is being used each week. I would like the CRM to have a feature that if a extra piece of material is needed they can scan it and add to the list for the customer.
Lastly, I need to be able to electronically Bill real time to decrease my 30 day/60 day Revenue period. Also the customer sites will be entered into the system so being able to have the best routing possible would be great.
