looking for CRM that is well developed towards emailing

Hi, we're an online employment website, looking to potentially upgrade our sales CRM. We are constantly reaching out to past/existing customers via email and would like to try something modern and with good emailing capabilities, such as A/B testing, automated follow ups, etc.
