K3 Business Technology’s Dynamics unit purchased out of administration

Manchester, UK-based software company K3 Business Technology  entered administration, equivalent to bankruptcy in parts of North America, in April 2020. However, 19 people working in this K3 subsidiary have retained their jobs with the acquisition of the business unit by Sigma Dynamics, a growing Swedish reseller with 5,000 staff worldwide. They completed the transaction for £250,000.

“We’re thrilled to have acquired the K3 business, as it fits directly into our existing business strategy. This addition to the UK business will give our customers greater value, both to their local business, and to their global business through our presence worldwide. Being part of the global Sigma group will allow our clients to gain additional support on other areas of their operations and business, from our other expert business units, helping them increase their productivity and profits in the future,” said Colin Crow, managing director of Sigma Dynamics UK, in a statement.
